Sign-ups are open from the 1st to the last day of each month. Shipping is FREE!

When you sign up, you will be included in the following month's happy mail, which ships end month every month.

Example:

If you sign up anytime in January → your first envelope ships in end February

If you sign up anytime in February → your first envelope ships in end March

Billing details:

• Recurring subscriptions are billed on the 12th of each month
• You can cancel anytime before the next month's billing date on the 12th
• That charge covers the next month's envelope
• If your payment fails, you can update the payment within 7 days. The system will automatically retry once per day for 7 days
• If payment isn't successful after 7 days, the upcoming month will be skipped but your subscription will remain active and resume with the next successful billing
